Chaokoh coconut water is a delicious refreshing (soft) drink made from the water contained in the coconut. It is often thought that a coconut is full of coconut milk, but that is so not the case! Coconut water is the clear liquid inside the coconut. It resembles normal water in colour, but has more flavour, vitamins and minerals given off by the coconut (from the coconut meat and shell). Deliciously refreshing on a hot summer day or as a recovery drink after a hard workout!
