Amoy Soy Sauce (Black) 500 ml
Black soy sauce, or dark soy sauce, has a thicker consistency than light soy sauce and is therefore slightly more syrupy. This soy sauce is mainly used in hot sauces, wok dishes or stews. But that does not mean that this soy sauce is not delicious as a dip or as a flavouring over your pokebowl. The dark, syrupy soy sauce is not the same as ketjap, because more sugar is added to it.
