Mango & Lime Pickle is a mix of mango pickle and lime pickle. By pickling pieces of mango and lime and mixing them with a spice mix of fennel, fenugreek, cumin, turmeric and black pepper, a true explosion of flavour is created, consisting of salt, sour and spicy ingredients that taste delicious as an addition to a curry or as a side dish with just about anything!
